Founder Graham Ette, has over 20 years of fine dining, function and entertainment venue experience.  After travelling the world and holding Executive Chef positions in the UK, USA & NZ, Graham moved to Sydney and called it home.  Etiquette Catering was established as a boutique catering company that allows Graham to be fully involved with his clients & events.  From the intimate dining party to the large & lavish wedding, Graham will personally oversee the event to deliver a unique and memorable experience.   Graham is also a Director of The Roosevelt Bar & Diner in Potts Point, Sydney.
